THE THERAPEUTIC APPROACH

About: The Therapeutic Approach

At Eclipse Counselling, the focus is on you. This is your time to reflect on anything you want to; from your childhood to significant life events, past & present relationships, behaviour, emotions or future anxieties. You are important and so is your story. You deserve to have the space to open up and be heard. Your individuality is valued - that's why the therapeutic approach is tailored to suit you and your counselling needs.

As an Integrative Counsellor, I combine different techniques from a range of theories, the main three being; psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural & humanistic. With a holistic view, this approach allows me to provide a personalised experience that takes into account the mental, physical & emotional aspects (as well as social & spiritual) of each person I work with. I offer a service that compliments the uniqueness of the individual, tailoring the sessions to fit you and not the other way around.
